Refund policy

Standard Refund Policy

  • Refunds accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

  • Refunds issued to the original payment method (minus shipping costs).

Defective/Damaged Item Policy

  • If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must contact support within 7 days of delivery with photo proof.

  • Full refund, exchange, or store credit offered — brand covers return shipping.

Pre-Order Policy

  • Pre-orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

  • After 24 hours, cancellations are not eligible for a refund, but store credit may be issued until the item ships.
