Standard Shipping Policy

• Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

• Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days within the U.S.

• Tracking numbers are provided once the order is shipped.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Pre-Order / Made-to-Order Policy

• Pre-orders ship once production is complete — estimated 4–6 weeks after purchase.

• Customers will be notified by email with tracking info when their pre-order ships.

• Pre-order items are shipped separately from in-stock items unless otherwise stated.

Lost / Delayed Package Policy

• Cross Couture is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked “delivered” by the carrier.

• If a package is delayed or lost in transit, customers should contact the shipping carrier directly.

• For assistance, email support and we’ll help with filing a claim.
